Chelsea Cannabis Co. is a licensed adult-use cannabis retailer in the State of New York. All customers must be 21 years of age or older.

All products are subject to availability and compliance with New York State cannabis regulations.
Online orders are processed through our third-party platform provider, Blaze. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders if required for regulatory, inventory, or compliance reasons.

Pickup orders are not charged until picked up in store.
If a pickup order is placed by accident, no action is required. Unclaimed pickup orders are automatically canceled within 12–24 hours and will not be charged.
We are not able to switch pickup orders to delivery once they have been submitted. If delivery is desired, a new delivery order must be placed directly through our menu.
We currently offer delivery within the following ZIP codes:

We may accommodate delivery requests elsewhere within New York State at our discretion, subject to legal and operational limitations.
Delivery services are provided in compliance with New York State cannabis laws and regulations.
All sales are final unless a product is defective.
We accept returns only for defective products and do not accept returns based on personal preference.
All returns and exchanges must be completed within 7 days of purchase and require a valid receipt.
Our loyalty program is operated through Sticky Cards. Enrollment requires consent to receive marketing communications. Participation is voluntary and subject to change or termination at our discretion.
By opting in to receive SMS marketing messages from Chelsea Cannabis Co., you consent to receive promotional messages regarding product updates, store announcements, and special offers.
